Cleaning Experience since way back in 1965: this is precisely the essence of our company. Over 50 years of experience and success in the world of cleaning, first automotive, then also for industrial and domestic applications.

Since the year of its founding, MA-FRA has always put itself on the side of the Customer - from the professional car-wash operator to the enthusiast of cleaning cars, motorcycles, boats and more - helping them to easily and environmentally friendly solve the problems that arise daily. Production
Technology and automation: the production heart of the Company.
MA-FRA's production activity is carried out in absolute technical and technological excellence, products dedicated to the cleaning and care of cars, boats and motorcycles.
The production line makes use of a centralized management system for mixing the various components which allows, also, the storage of the batches of raw materials used. The computer system dedicated to production has, at its core, the entire company know-how: recipes, production method, injection order of the various raw materials, and mixing times.
Packaging of liquid products is carried out on automated lines so as to ensure the highest quality of the finished product.
To date, thirty tanks with a capacity of up to 50,000 kg each are used for mixing semi-finished products, while another thirty large tanks house the raw materials with high rotation.

Organization
MA-FRA has always paid great attention to the resources working in the Company.
For this, actions have been implemented to guard the specific know-how of each employee through the compilation of "Job Descriptions" by all company resources, with subsequent sharing of the same with direct managers and individual refresher course. Another primary focus is on "Team Building" activities, through individual and group "empowerment" actions held by training professionals.
In MA-FRA, success really starts with people: the individual talents and the great motivation of all Employees are the advantage in competitive terms that our Company benefits from every day. And so, to pursue such a model, MA-FRA periodically organizes meetings among all components of the company aimed at developing a qualitative leap in the level of perception and role acted by individuals. These meetings, organized in collaboration with an agency specializing in personnel training and development, have created a new and stronger cohesion within the group, transforming the ordinary employee into a "manager" with proactive and active responsibilities, passing through confrontation with others and full integration into the work group.
Precisely because of these activities, MA-FRA is positively moving toward process-based management, aimed at enhancing the multidisciplinary skills of each of its employees.
