MA-FRA S.p.A. has always paid utmost attention to the Customer's concerns, to the protection of the environment and to the protection of workers' health and safety: therefore, the Management has considered that the adoption of a Quality-Environment-Safety Management System, in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 Standards provides a valuable tool to offer an ever-improving degree of efficiency of its products, processes and business performance.

To this end, management periodically conducts an analysis of the organizational environment, considers the needs of relevant stakeholders, and assesses the risks and opportunities arising from its business processes.
Process gauges with associated performance indices have also been introduced, providing immediate evidence of the performance of primary processes, environmental performance, the incidence of any accidents and incidents, and any need for improvement.

Therefore, it is the policy of MA-FRA S.p.A. to vigorously pursue the following goals in the short and long term:

  • Excellence in the quality of products and services provided
  • Guarantee of satisfaction of the expressed and implied needs of the Customer
  • Compliance with applicable legislation and regulations in all areas
  • Pollution prevention and protection of the environment by monitoring and reducing environmental impacts from its activities and products in order to improve:
    - the management of hazardous substances and protection from inputs to water discharges;
    - the use of natural resources;
    - the development of products with the lowest possible environmental impact
  • Hazard identification, enterprise risk assessment and control to ensure healthy and safe workplaces
  • Prevention of emergencies, both in the health and safety and environmental fields and, if they occur, taking all necessary measures
  • Management of all business activities, ensuring health and safety, in order to prevent accidents, injuries and occupational diseases;
  • Involvement, training and awareness of employees and external contractors for increasing respect for the environment and operating in safe conditions
  • Ensuring the success of the company, its employees and all other stakeholders.
  • Ensure the availability of the necessary resources to achieve the defined goals and objectives.

The Safety-Quality-Environment System Manager is responsible for reporting to management on the performance of the company's Management System in order to enable its continuous improvement.
